摘要
近几年,国内外学者建立了一系列乳腺癌小鼠模型用于乳腺癌的发病机制、侵袭转移、药物治疗效应等研究,常用的乳腺癌小鼠模型有自发、诱导、移植或转基因等几种,这些乳腺癌小鼠模型在一定程度上模拟了乳腺癌在体内发生、侵袭、转移等过程,可为乳腺癌的研究提供基础。本文就乳腺癌小鼠模型常用品系以及在乳腺癌药物治疗研究中应用作简要概述。
In recent years, scholars of domestic and abroad have established a series of mouse models ofbreast cancer for exploring the mechanism of breast cancer. The mouse models of breast cancer include spontaneous,induced, transplanted or transgenic models. These mouse models simulate the occurrence, invasion, metastasis ofbreast cancer, with the aim of providing a foundation for pathogenesis, drug efficacy, and gene therapy analysis. Inthis paper, we review the progress in the research of breast cancer mouse model.
