社区治理研究述评

Research Review of Community Governance

社区治理作为学术研究的热点源于中国改革开放的社会变迁,20世纪80年代末民政部提出社区建设概念,90年代以后随着城乡社会结构的深刻变化,社区治理从概念走向实践领域。近十五年来,治理与善治问题、治理与政府职能转变问题、治理主体与利益分配问题、社会民主与共同治理问题等成为社区治理的研究前沿;而社区治理基础理论、社区治理模式、社区治理创新、社区治理与公民参与等问题是社区治理研究的热点话题。社区治理研究将随着城乡社会结构的变化、治理实践的不断深入而不断丰富。

Community governance as a hot source of academic research in the social changes of China＇s reform and opening up, at the end of the eighties of the 20 th century Ministry of civil affairs put forward the concept of community construction, after the 1990 s with profound changes in the urban and rural social structure, community governance from concept to practice in the field. Over the past 15 years, governance and good governance issues,governance and the transformation of government functions, governance body and the distribution of interests, social democracy and shared governance problems become cutting-edge research in community governance; community governance basic theory research, community governance model, community governance innovation research,community governance and citizen in research is hot topic in the research of the community governance. With the change of the social structure of the urban and rural areas and the practice of governance, the research of community governance will enrich.
