摘要
工程博士培养的校企协同创新机制是高校和企业以国家重大工程项目为导向,为实现技术进步和知识增值,解决复杂工程问题,集聚优势资源开展深度合作,在联合培养工程博士专业学位研究生成为工程技术领军人才过程中,形成内在机理和联合方式,具有项目导向性、前沿高端性和跨学科创新性。可从高效的资源共享机制、良性的竞争合作机制和共赢的利益分配机制等方面着手构建校企协同创新机制,以期提高我国工程博士教育的质量。
The innovation cooperating system between universities and enterprise is a kind of combination and interaction that can cultivate doctor of engineering to become engineering and technical talents. It is guided by the national major projects and carries on deep cooperation to collect advantage resources in order to realize technological progress and knowledge increment and solve complex engineering problems. The innovation cooperating system has the features of project orientation,high- end and cutting- edge and interdisciplinary innovation. We establish innovation cooperating system between universities and enterprise from the aspects of effective resources sharing mechanism,competition cooperation mechanism and win- win benefit distribution mechanism so as to improve the quality of the cultivation of doctor of engineering.
