摘要
随着社会对高层次应用型人才需求的增长,专业学位教育的改革实践与理论研究也进入快速发展阶段。运用文献计量法和内容分析法,对CNKI十年来关于专业学位教育论文的年度分布、期刊来源、关键词和研究内容等进行梳理。围绕专业学位人才培养模式,从优化培养环节、强化质量保障和借鉴先进经验等三个方面分析了已有研究文献,并对我国专业学位人才培养的进一步改革提出了思考建议。
With the increasing of social demand for high- level talents,the practical exploration and theoretical studies of the professional degree education entered the fast development period in our country. By using measurement and content analysis method,the papers were studied about professional degree in recent ten years from CNKI,including their annual distribution,source journals,key words and contents. Concerning the model of professional degree talents cultivation,this paper analyzed existing literature from three main aspects： the parts of talent cultivation,quality assurance system and international reform comparison. And developing directions of further studies in this field are proposed at last.
