面对应用型人才培养的高校金融实践教学模式探析

A Study on the Analysis of the Teaching Mode of Financial Practice in Colleges and Universities for the Cultivation of Applied Talents

金融学作为具有较强应用性的学科,要求高校对金融人才的培养以应用性为主要目的,注重综合素质、实践操作能力和对实际问题的分析与解决能力的培养。为了适应金融发展的时代性,目前很多高校都已经注意到应用型人才培养的重要性,但是在金融实践教学模式的探索和应用过程中还存在教学内容缺乏特色、教学基地建设不足、复合师资缺乏等问题,应通过构建金融实验课程体系、拓宽校企合作空间、加强师资建设等途径加以解决。

Finance is a discipline of strong applicability,in which the cultivation of the requirement for financial talents in colleges and universities should take applicability as the main purpose,and pay attention to comprehensive quality and practical ability. In order to adapt to the development of the financial discipline,many colleges and universities have to pay attention to the importance of applied talents training,but some problems still exist in the process of exploration and application,such as the lack of features in teaching contents,insufficient teaching bases and compound teachers. To solve these problems,we should take measures which include constructing finance experimental course system,developing the school- enterprise cooperation,improving the ability of teachers and so on.
