提升我国研究型大学国际学术地位的路径分析

Approaches to Improving the International Academic Status of Research Universities in China

在国际社会经历深刻变化与重组的浪潮中,加速打破由发达国家主导的已有国际学术格局,努力将学术实力水平向世界学术系统中、高端方向推进,是我国研究型大学的责任和使命。在谋求国际学术地位的实践中,我们既有国家政策、经济实力和已有学术积淀的优势,但又面临发展中国家国情、国际竞争和知识商品化的挑战。坚持重点领域重点投入建设的政策和博士研究生培养学术导向的教育理念不动摇、抓紧实施世界一流学术团队和侧重基础研究的实验室建设、做好三个层面的国际学术交流与合作,是提升我国研究型大学国际学术地位的必然选择。

With the wave of profound transformation and restructure in the international society,it is the responsibility of research universities in China to break down the international academic pattern dominated by developed countries and to strruggle with improving the status to the middle and top of the world academic system. In practice,the advantages are the favorable national policies,rapid economic growth and solid academic accumulation,while the national state of developing countries,the fierce international competition and interllectual commercialization are the challenges of reseach universities. To raise the academic status,the envitable choices are three aspects as follows. First,the policy of emphasizing investment in key areas and the education concept of research- oriented in cultivating doctors should be insisted. Second,the first- class academic teams in the world and high- level laboratories focused on basic researches should be implemented. Third,the international academic exchange and cooperation at three levels should be intensified.
