新公共管理理论视域下高等教育行政管理体制研究

A Study of Administrative Management System of Higher Education Under the New Public Management Theory

新公共管理理论作为企业管理理念,重视追求经济效率的管理范式。当前,我国高等教育处于变革的关键时期,其发展满足了全社会发展的迫切需求。虽然新公共管理理论对我国高等教育转型具有十分重要的启示意义,但是在了解新公共管理理论内涵的同时,也要认清其理论背景下我国高教行政管理体制存在的问题及挑战。

As enterprise＇s management idea,the ideological trend of the new public management pays much attention to the management paradigm of pursuing economic efficiency. Now higher education in our country is in the critical period of transformation,and its development has meet the urgent needs of the development of the whole society. Although the new public management theory has very essential significance on the transformation of higher education in our country,we are supposed to not only understand the connotation of the new public management theory,but also interrogate and challenge the administration management system of universities in our country under the background of its theory.
