摘要
任务型教学是高校英语教育实施人才化培养战略的突破口,任务型教学改变了传统灌输演绎性的教学法,将学生的外在驱动力转变为内在的自觉力,通过实施语言任务引导性输出策略,大力提升学生的综合语言能力。任务型教学不断强化高校英语教师的责任感和使命感,并重视师生交流的频繁度,借助教师能力的提升和任务型教学氛围的创设来实现人才的培养。研究表明,任务型教学秉承以人才为本的教学理念,实现了人才培养模式的现代化转变,创造英语人才培养的新辉煌。
Task- based Instruction( TBI) serves as a breakthrough in the implementation of talent cultivation strategy of college English education. Task- based teaching has changed the traditional indoctrination deductive approach,turns external driving force of students into inner conscious force,greatly enhances students' comprehensive language skills through the implementation of guidance output policy of language tasks. Task- based teaching constantly strengthens sense of responsibility and mission of college English teachers,and emphasizes frequent exchanges between teachers and students,trains talents with the help of teachers' ability improvement and creation of task- based teaching atmosphere. Research shows that task- based teaching adheres to people- centered teaching philosophy,achieves modernized change of talent training mode and creates new glories in English talent training.
