Task- based Instruction（ TBI） serves as a breakthrough in the implementation of talent cultivation strategy of college English education. Task- based teaching has changed the traditional indoctrination deductive approach,turns external driving force of students into inner conscious force,greatly enhances students＇ comprehensive language skills through the implementation of guidance output policy of language tasks. Task- based teaching constantly strengthens sense of responsibility and mission of college English teachers,and emphasizes frequent exchanges between teachers and students,trains talents with the help of teachers＇ ability improvement and creation of task- based teaching atmosphere. Research shows that task- based teaching adheres to people- centered teaching philosophy,achieves modernized change of talent training mode and creates new glories in English talent training.
