摘要
人类对空间方位的认知必定会在语言表达中体现出来。从认知语言学的角度对汉英两种语言空间方位表达方面进行对比研究,讨论的问题主要涉及:一是汉英两种语言对"目标""参照物""参照系选择"的认知共性;二是汉英"目的物—参照物"表述语序的异同,对参照物不同角度的识解;三是结论部分引述了一些语言学家的以往观点,也表达了自己的看法。通过对比不同民族对客观世界认知及表述的同一性和相异性,以期能进一步揭示认知特点与语言表达之间相互影响、相互制约的关系。
Human cognition of space will be reflected in the language expression. This paper,from the perspective of cognitive linguistics,compares space expression between Chinese and English,mainly including the following three parts,1. ＂target＂,＂reference＂and ＂reference selection frame＂demonstrate the similarities between languages; 2. Chinese and English＂object- reference＂word order shows both similarities and differences,which are due to different perspectives; 3. By comparing the identity and diversity of different ethnic groups in the objective world,the relationship between cognitive characteristics and language expression can be further revealed.
