Discussion on the on-line checking technique of relief valve for flammable and explosive medium

为了促进易燃易爆介质安全阀在线校验技术的发展,并为相关检验检测机构提供参考,首先介绍了易燃易爆介质安全阀在线校验技术的安全要求和作业程序,然后针对可能出现的问题制定应急预案和防护措施,并利用安全阀在线校验仪、阀门内漏检测仪、易燃易爆气体浓度检测仪进行现场试验,校验结果证实了易燃易爆介质安全阀在线校验技术的可行性和科学性。

In order to promote the on-line checking technology of relief valve for flammable and explosive medium and provide reference for related inspection agencies,the safety requirements and operating procedures of on-line checking technique of relief valve for flammable and explosive medium were firstly introduced. Then,the emergency plan and prevention measures for the possible problems were established. The onsite tests were conducted using the online check meter of relief valve,the leakage detector in valve,and the concentration detector of flammable and explosive gases.The checking results proved the feasibility and scientificity of on-line checking technique of relief valve for flammable and explosive medium.
