加强型合金钢辙叉在北京地铁4号线的试铺应用

摘要 针对北京地铁4号线线上高锰钢辙叉伤损严重(辙叉母材轨面剥落掉块、压塌,或叉心尖端裂纹、掉块等)、使用寿命短等问题,研制出与地铁轨道系统、供电系统相匹配的"研线1120"加强型合金钢辙叉,并在北京地铁4号线上进行试验。通过试验表明,加强型合金钢辙叉可以满足地铁安全运营的基本要求,并且磨耗量小。"研线1120"加强型合金钢辙叉能够与同型号高锰钢辙叉互换使用,可在北京地铁4号线上推广使用。 Beijing Metro Line 4 faces the problems of serious injuries and short life-span of high manganese steel frogs. To solve the problem, CARS, Zhejiang Bel Group and BJMTR jointly developed the "RL1120" enhanced al oy steel frogs which match the rail system and power supply system. We conducted a test with the enhanced al oy steel frogs on Beijing Metro Line 4. The experiments indicated that the frogs meet the basic safety requirements of metro operation with a small amount of wear. We can draw a conclusion from the test that the "RL1120" enhanced al oy steel frogs can be swapped with the high manganese steel frogs. Therefore, wide application of the "RL1120" enhanced al oy steel frogs to the Beijing Metro Line 4 is feasible.
