上颌前牙区摘除种植体后骨增量种植美学修复1例报告

Use bone increment and esthetics restoration after upper anterior implant removed: Report of 1 case

目的:观察前牙种植体在外伤后行延期种植美学修复的临床效果。方法:取出前牙断裂种植体后行GBR术,6个月后行Ⅱ期手术。结果:种植体骨结合良好,患者对临床治疗及美学效果满意。结论:针对≥70岁的老年患者,在外伤后采用GBR并行延期种植的方法能取得良好的疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of delayed implant and esthetics restoration of traumatic anterior implant. Methods： Guided bone regeneration （GBR） procedure was performed after removing the fractured anterior implant. The second-stage operation were performed after 6 months. Results： The implant had ideal osseointegrated completely. The patient was satisfied with the clinical esthetic results and treatment. Conclusion： It can achieve proper curative effects by performing guided bone regenera-tion and delayed implant after the trauma, especially on aged patient who are older than 70 years old.
