摘要
以自制的环氧环己烷基聚醚二醇、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和甲基丙烯酸-β-羟乙酯(HEMA)为原料,合成了一种聚氨酯丙烯酸酯大分子单体,经自由基聚合,制备了一种新型透明聚氨酯材料。对反应物进行了红外光谱研究,并对材料进行了热分析和聚醚多元醇用量影响的研究。结果表明,材料的透光率达到90%以上,玻璃化转变温度达到130℃,邵A硬度为80以上,拉伸强度为11 MPa以上,冲击强度为2.4 k J/m2以上,热变形温度达79℃以上。
A polyurethane acrylate macromer was prepared by self-made epoxycyclohexyl polyether polyol, isophorone diisocyanate (IPDI) and methacrylic-β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) as raw materials with radical polymerization, a new transparent polymer material was prepared. The IR spectra of the reactants were studied, and the influence of the thermal analysis of the material and the amount of polyether polyol were studied. The results showed that the light transmittance of polymer material was more than 90%, the glass transition temperature was 130 ℃, shore A hardness was more than 80, and a tensile strength reached 11 MPa, impact strength reached 2.4 kJ/m^2, the heat distortion temperature reached more than 79 ℃.
