摘要 提出了一种基于中波红外二极管阵列,将具有红外特征的图像信息转换成红外图像的动态红外场景生成新系统。以128×128中波红外二极管点阵为例,对系统的硬件电路、软件程序设计方案及性能进行了说明。硬件电路包括图像控制器、驱动电路和二极管阵列三大部分;软件程序基于现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)编程开发。系统能够提供200Hz高帧频的动态中波红外场景,生成的红外图像具有良好的温度均匀性和温度稳定性。新系统的特点在于:克服了以扫描方式驱动二极管的场景控制器需要与扫描式光电传感器同步扫描的问题;采用背景冷却的方式,实现了对低温背景场景的模拟仿真。 A new dynamic infrared scenes generation system was put forward,which was based on mid-wave infrared diode array and could convert infrared characteristic image information into infrared image.A 128×128infrared diode dot matrix was taken as an example to explain the hardware circuit design and the software development of the system.System performance was also illustrated.The hardware circuit included image controller,driving circuit and diode array,while the software was developed based on FPGA.The system could provide dynamic mid-wave infrared scene with 200 Hz frequency.The infrared image generated by the system has good temperature uniformity and temperature stability performance.The advantages of the new system lie in that it could overcome the problem in which scene controller driving diode array by way of scanning need to be synchronized with the scanning type optoelectronic sensor;at the same time,low temperature background could be simulated using cooling background method.
