摘要
引起白光数引起白光数码管衰减的因素有多种,主要分析了荧光粉涂覆方式对白光数码管光通量的影响。针对传统点胶技术的缺陷,提出荧光粉层点胶于塑壳出光通道的封装技术,通过对两种点胶技术的测试和分析,发现点胶于芯片表面,数码管笔段平均光通量为0.073985lm,点胶于塑壳出光通道平均光通量为0.092852lm。实验证明,荧光粉涂覆位置对白光数码管性能影响较大,为企业改善产品性能提供了理论分析和实验数据。
The effect of the way of phosphor coating on luminous flux in white LED tubes was studied.Aiming at the defects of the traditional dispensing technology,a sealing technology which coated on plastic housing was put forward by testing and analyzing these two dispensing technologies.If dispensing on the chip,the average lumens was 0.073985 lm,and if dispensing on plastic housing,then the average lumens was 0.092852 lm.The experiment proves that the position of phosphor coating will have great influence on white LED's properties,offering the theoretical analysis and experimental data on improving product property for enterprises.
