摘要
通过测定格木(Erythrophleum fordii)种子的4个表型性状,并进行种子萌发试验,结果表明,格木种子大小性状的变异系数依次为重量〉厚度〉宽度〉长度,重量变异系数为18.10%,是最重要的性状,纵向长度的稳定性大于横向宽度和厚度;各性状数量分布均呈左偏态分布和尖峰分布,较大的种子占多数,分布具有较高的集中性,重量、长度、宽度、厚度分别分布在0.94—1.26g、14.32—17.72mm、11.34~14.28mm和5.35~6.95mm;种子重量与发芽率、苗高、地径和根长都存在着极显著相关性,生产上应选用重量/〉0.94g的种子培育壮苗造林。
By testing four phenotypic traits of Erythrophleum fordii seeds, seed germination experiment was made. Results showed that variation coefficient of seed size was in the order of weight 〉 thickness 〉 width 〉length, and variance coefficient of weight (18.10%) was the most important trait. Stability of longitudinal length was more than lateral width and thickness. Quantitative distribution of traits presented left-skewed distribution and steep hump with more large seeds. Distribution showed high concentration. Seed weight, length, width and thickness were respectively distributed in ranges of 0. 94 - 1.26 g, 14. 32 - 17.72 mm, 11.34 - 14. 28 mm and 5.35 - 6.95 mm. Seed weight was highly significant correlated to germination rate, seedling height, basal diameter, and root length. Seeds with weight more than 0. 94 g were recommended to cultivate and afforest.
