摘要
为了进一步筛选普通油茶优良砧木,研究了普通油茶(Camellia oleifera)、陆川油茶(C.vietnamensis)和香花油茶(C.osmantha)砧木种子质量对普通油茶岑软3号嫁接苗生长的影响,结果表明:3个物种种子质量与沙藏过程中胚芽与胚根的生长极显著相关,种子质量越大,越能促进中胚芽与胚根的生长。3个物种间作为砧木的种子质量差异显著,但除以陆川油茶为砧木的嫁接苗梢粗达到2.56 mm,显著高于普通油茶和香花油茶外,3个油茶物种作为砧木的嫁接苗梢长和叶片数量均无显著性差异。普通油茶质量大的种子作为砧木,可促进嫁接苗的新梢的增长和增粗,而陆川油茶和香花油茶质量大的种子作为砧木,可促进嫁接苗新梢增粗。
ied. Results showed that there was very significant correlation between seed weights of rootstocks and growth of germ and radicle during sand storage. The heavier seed weight was, the better growth was. Seed weights of three species were significant differences, but there were no significant differences in when heavy seeds were used as rootstocks from C. vietnamensis and C. osmantha.
