摘要
本研究利用石材加工产生的废弃石粉制备的超细二氧化硅微粉改性环氧树脂,三乙烯四胺为固化剂,制备了Si O_2/环氧树脂复合材料。通过力学性能测试、扫描电镜观察断面形貌及热重分析,发现Si O_2含量在10wt%时,可以同时提高环氧树脂的韧性和强度,并且其热稳定性也提高了。
Micro-Si O2 particles,which are waste stone powders of stone processing,were added to epoxy resin,using triethylenetetramine as curing agent.The tensile strength and impact strength reached the maximum,when Si O2 content was 10wt%.Besides,the thermal stabilities of composites were improved.These results were confirmed by mechanical analysis,scanning electron microscope(SEM),thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA).
