摘要
对比分析2×0.25UT和2×0.30HT钢丝帘线的基本性能及其在绿色轮胎中的应用情况。结果表明：2×0.25UT钢丝帘线的抗拉强度较2×0.30HT钢丝帘线提高19%~20%;应用UT钢丝帘线会对轮胎成本、滚动阻力和刚度有一定影响,应用时需综合评价,使各方面取得较好的平衡。
The basic properties of 2×0. 25 UT and 2×0. 30 HT steel cords and their application in green tire were compared and analyzed.The results showed that,compared with 2×0. 30 HT steel cord,the tensile strength of 2×0.25 UT steel cord was higher by 19%~20%.However,it was found that the application of UT steel cord also influenced the cost,rolling resistance and rigidity of the tire.It was necessary to make a comprehensive evaluation in order to balance the properties and cost.
