以交通工具应用软件为例,运用案例研究法探讨了其技术创新与商业模式创新的互动关系,总结了移动互联网背景下传统产业在技术、商业模式上的"突破-迭代"循环创新机制,即先通过技术变革打破传统行业的运作模式,再通过技术演进逐步提升用户体验和企业经营效率。

Taking the transportation application software as an example,this paper analyzes the interaction between technology innovation and business mode innovation by using the case study method.It concludes the ＂ breakthrough-iteration＂ innovation mechanism on technology and business mode in traditional industries on the background of mobile Internet.That is,first breaking operation mode of traditional industries through technical change,then enhancing users＇ experience and enterprise＇s operation efficiency through technology evolution.
