床旁常规超声及超声造影联合应用在腹膜后血肿中的诊断价值 被引量：8

The diagnostic value of bedside conventional ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound combined application of retroperitoneal hematoma

摘要 腰腹部创伤是当今社会的急诊常见病种，腹膜后血肿常继发于腰腹部创伤之后，因其常合并严重复合伤、出血性休克等，对于腹膜后血肿的及时诊断和治疗十分重要。本研究采用床旁常规超声（ conventional ultrasound， US）和超声造影（ contrast-enhanced ultrasound， CEUS）联合应用对30例腹部钝性伤腹膜后血肿疑诊患者进行检查，对其应用于腹膜后血肿的诊断效能于金标准进行比对分析。
