摘要
柔性轴承装配变形的合理性是保证谐波传动有效运行的必要前提及关键因素之一,以3E809KAT2*型柔性轴承为研究对象,采用SOLIDWORKS建立三维实体模型,基于有限元软件对柔性轴承在椭圆凸轮作用下的变形应力、应变、位移、速度、接触力等进行分析。结果表明:应力、应变分别按内圈、外圈、滚动体、保持架及长轴、短轴、长短轴过渡部分的顺序依次显著减小;位移按长轴、过渡、短轴的顺序依次减小,而速度基本相同,且内圈位移、速度、波动相对外圈较大;内外圈与滚动体的接触力较大且大小基本相同,保持架与滚动体接触力接近于0。仿真解与理论解偏差较小,验证了装配的合理性。
The rationality of the deformation of the flexible bearing assembly is the necessary premise of ensuring the efficient operation of harmonic drive and one of the key factors. The flexible bearing of 3E809KAT2*is regarded as the research object,and the three- dimensional entity model is established by SOLIDWORKS. The deformation stress,strain and displacement,speed and contact force of flexible bearing under the action of elliptical CAM based on finite element are analyzed,finally the assembling deformations between theoretical calculation and simulation analysis are compared to validate the rationality of the assembly. The results show that the stress and strain significantly decrease in order according to the inner ring and outer ring,rolling body,cage and long axis,short axis,the transition part of axle. The displacement decreases in order according to the long axis,transition and short axis,but the velocity keeps same. Besides,the displacement,speed,volatility of inner circle are bigger than outer circle. The contact forces between inside circle and outside circle and the roller element are bigger,and the values are the same,the contact force of cage and rolling element is close to zero. The deviation of theory and simulation solutions is small,which verifies the rationality of the assembly.
