摘要
提出了一种通过参数平均计算防冰热载荷的集总参数法,该方法通过计算流体力学中的欧拉两相流模型计算过冷水滴的撞击特性和总水收集量,采用附面层积分法和热流法获取表面对流换热系数并进行平均,在防护区域内以表面平均温度为输入条件,整体考虑水滴蒸发量和撞击量,对参数进行集总求解,直接求解完全蒸发防冰热载荷。相比传统微元方法,该方法能减少避免计算迭代,效率更高。通过对某机翼翼型的防冰热载荷计算结果的对比,本文方法误差较小,满足工程要求。
A method of computing anti-icing thermal flux according to average parameters were developed in this paper,super cooled water droplet impingement character and total mass of collected waster were calculated by numerical simulation of two- phase flow field. In the protected zone,average surface temperature was determined by balance analysis of mass of evaporated water and impinged water,then total evaporation anti-icing thermal flux was computed directly according to surface temperature. This method can avoid the computation iteration,and has a higher computational efficiency. According to the compare of computation result of airfoil between the method in this paper and traditional method,the relative error was lower,meeting the engineering requirement.
