弯管内的液固两相流壁面防磨数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Liquid-solid Two Phase Flow in Elbow Pipe for Wear Prevention

摘要 为了解决工业中液固两相流对弯管的腐蚀磨损问题,提出一种在普通弯管的弯头处每隔10°放置1个肋片的方法。采用计算流体力学软件Ansys Fluent对普通弯管和加肋片弯管进行数值仿真模拟和流场分析,结果表明:加肋片弯管在弯头处不会出现高压聚集的现象,使压力场分布均匀,增大了弯头处的平均阻力;加肋弯管中颗粒的运动轨迹发生改变,轨迹更紊乱,从而在竖直管段速度显著下降;加肋弯管的最大磨损率和平均磨损率大致为普通弯管的三分之一左右,对于弯管中的防磨有显著效果。 In order to solve the elbow erosion problem in industry caused by liquid-solid two phase flow,a method is put forward: 1 rib is placed in the bend of the ordinary elbow every 10°. Computational fluid dynamics software Ansys fluent is used to simulate the ordinary elbow and the rib elbow for numerical simulation and analysis of flow field. The simulation result show that the rib elbow would not appear the high pressure gathered area,so that the pressure distribution of the bend is more uniform and average static pressure of the bend increases. The trajectory of particles in the rib elbow are changed and disorder,thus the speed of particles in the vertical part of the elbow is significantly decreased; Both the average wear rate and the maximum wear rate of the rib elbow is close to 1 /3 than the ordinary elbow. The effect of anti wear in the rid elbow is obvious.
