摘要
5天氧化增重率是衡量硫化矿石自燃倾向性的重要指标之一,鉴于指标测定条件没有统一的标准,本文通过正交试验,选取两种有代表性的硫化矿石样品对其采用4因素3水平的正交表进行实验,探讨环境温度、环境湿度、矿样粒度以及初始含水率等因素对矿石5天氧化增重率测定值的影响。结果表明:各因素对矿石5天氧化增重率测定值的影响顺序为:环境温度>矿样粒度>环境湿度>初始含水率。在正交试验的基础上,通过改变各因素水平值,进行单因素实验,得到环境温度、矿样粒度、环境湿度及初始含水率与矿石5天氧化增重率之间的关系曲线,进一步分析了各影响因素对矿石5天氧化增重率测定值的影响,并依此对5天氧化增重率的测定条件进行规范,以便准确地测定硫化矿石的自燃倾向性。
5 days oxidation weight growth rate is an important indicator of spontaneous combustion tendency. Given that there is no uniform standard of measuring conditions of index,this article abopt an experiment which choose two sulfide ores to do an orthogonal array with four factors and three levels,and to probe into the influence of temperature,humidity,particle size and initial moisture having on the 5 days oxidation weight growth rate. The experiment result show that the degree of the influences on the 5 days oxidation weight growth rate measure is as follow: temperature 〉particle size 〉humidity〉 initial moisture content. On the basis of the orthogonal experiment,by changing the level value of four factors,single factor experiment are made to obtain the curve relationships between temperature,particle size,humidity and initial moisture content. The influence of various factor on the 5 days oxidation weight growth rate measure are analyzed. According to the single factor experiment,the measure condition about the 5 days oxidation weight growth rate are regulated to accurately measure the spontaneous combustion tendency of sulfide ores.
