摘要
使用棉花秸秆碎料、沙漠沙、配合水泥、膨润土等胶凝材料,制备适于制作梭梭防护管件,并展开了针对沙漠环境下冻融对棉花秸秆复合防护管件材料耐久性的研究。通过试验确定了材料的配合比为:水泥(23%~30%),沙漠沙(50%~63%),棉花秸秆碎料(3%),膨润土(7%~11%);确定了膨润土和棉花秸秆碎料是影响复合材料耐久性的重要影响因子,可通过调整膨润土和棉花秸秆碎料的含量,达到风化周期可控的复合管件材料。
By utilizing cotton-stalk fragments,desert sand and gelled materials,such as cement and bentonite,this project aims to produce Haloxylon protection pipe,and study its durability especially under the freezing / thawing in deserts. Our experiments suggest that the proportion of these materials should be: cement( 23% ~ 30%),desert sand( 50% ~ 63%),cotton-stalk fragments( 3%) and bentonite( 3% ~ 11%). It is also found that bentonite and cotton-stalk fragments are important factors affecting the durability of the product. Therefore,by adjusting the amount of bentonite and cotton-stalk fragments,compound pipe with controllable weathering cycle can be manufactured.
