总结概括目前川乌、草乌、附子等乌头碱类药物的单酯型生物碱、双酯型生物碱及总生物碱的含量测定方法,主要有高效液相色谱法、反相高效液相色谱法、液-质联用方法、双波长薄层扫描法、高效毛细管电泳法和分光光度法。该文根据不同的流动相对高效液相色谱法和反相高效液相色谱法进行分类,同时根据不同的展开剂对双波长薄层色谱法进行了分类。
The content determination methods of single ester alkaloids, diester alkaloids and total alkaloid in radix aconiti, kusnezoff monkshood,aconite and other aconitine drugs are described in this article including HPLC,RP- HPLC,LC- MS,TLCS,High Performance Capillary Zone Electrop- horesis and Spectrophotometry. Based on different mobile phase, HPLC and RP- HPLC is classified. At the same time,the classification of TLCS is carried out studied according to different deployment agents.
