摘要
目的优化麻桔止咳颗粒的水提醇沉工艺。方法采用正交试验法,以盐酸麻黄碱为指标,考察用水量、提取时间、提取次数对水提取工艺的影响;以盐酸麻黄碱保留率、固形物减少率为指标,考察药液相对密度、醇沉浓度、醇沉时间对醇沉工艺的影响。结果最佳水提取、醇沉工艺为加10倍量水,煎煮3次,第1次60 min,第2和第3次各40 min,提取液浓缩至相对密度为1.20,冷却后加入乙醇使含醇量为80%,放置24 h,除去沉淀。结论优化的水提取、醇沉工艺条件稳定可行,重复性好,适用于本制剂的工业化生产。
Objective To optimize water extract- alcohol extraction method of Majiezhike Granules. Methods The content of ephedrine hydrochloride was examined by orthogonal design,and the influence of the extraction times,extraction duration and consumption of water on the extraction process by water were observed; the retention rate of ephedrine hydrochloride and decrement of solid mater were examined,and the influence of relative density of medication,concentration of alcohol and alcohol extraction duration on the extraction procedure by alcohol were observed. Results The best optimizations of water extract- alcohol extraction were the weight of water was10 times, boiled 3 times, the first time 60 min, the second and the last time 40 min; then the extract was concentrated to a relative density of 1. 20, after it was cooled, added alcohol to make the alcohol content being 80%; placed for 24 h, removed precipitate.Conclusion The optimized method of water extract- alcohol extraction is stable, feasible, reproducible and is suitable for industrial production.
