卡前列甲酯栓联合戊酸雌二醇用于绝经后妇女取环手术45例

Carboprost Methylate Suppository Combined with Estradiol Valerate for Removing IUD of Postmenopausal Women in 40 Cases

目的观察卡前列甲酯栓联合戊酸雌二醇在绝经后妇女取环手术中的疗效。方法选取2008年6月至2013年12月医院门诊诊疗的90例绝经1年以上,且要求取环妇女,随机分为试验组（A组）和对照组（B组）,各45例。A组于取环前1周均口服戊酸雌二醇,每次1 mg,每日3次,连续服药1周后进行取环手术,术前0.5~1 h舌下含服卡前列甲酯栓0.5 mg,按常规方法进行取环手术。B组术前不用任何药物,采用传统扩宫后取环。比较两组术中宫颈松弛的情况、取环成功率、取环所需时间和术中出血量指标。结果 A组在宫颈松弛情况、取环成功率、取环所需时间、术中出血量等方面均明显优于B组（P〈0.05）。结论卡前列甲酯栓联合戊酸雌二醇用于绝经后妇女取环手术,宫颈松弛好,取环成功率高,手术时间短,术中出血量少,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the efficacy of carboprost methylate suppository combined with estradiol valerate for removing IUD of postmenopausal women. Methods 90 cases of women postmenopausal for more than 1 year from June 2008 to 2008 were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group（ group A）,and the control group（ group B）,45 cases in each group. Group A took estradiol valerate orally in 1 week before removing IUD,1 mg each time,3 times daily, and the medication continued for 1 week till the surgery; 0. 5- 1 h before surgery,carboprost methylate suppository 0. 5 mg was took sublingually,and the surgery was conducted according to conventional method. Group B didn＇t take any medication before surgery,using the traditional expansion before removing IUD. The cervical relaxation,IUD removing success rate,the time required for removing,and intraoperative blood loss of the two groups were compared. Results Group A was significantly better than group B in cervix relaxing, successful rate, the time required to take the ring,blood loss（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Carboprost methylate suppository combined with estradiol valerate for removing IUD of postmenopausal women has good cervical relaxation, higher success rate, shorter operation time, and less intraoperative blood loss, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
