摘要
为研究模糊需求下水上应急物资储备库的选址-分配问题,考虑自然条件对应急物资储备库覆盖半径的影响,基于覆盖模型、重力模型、三角模糊数学相关理论,构建了三角模糊需求下水上应急物资储备库选址-分配优化模型,并设计了遗传算法求解。算例分析结果表明,最终选址-分配方案能够实现对水域的全面覆盖和重点加强;程序运行50次,48次得到相同结果,计算结果具有稳定性。研究表明,选址-分配模型和算法是有效的。
This paper would like to choose a topic on the study of the location-allocation problem of water emergency supplies repertories under the triangular fuzzy demand. For the said purpose,we have first of all studied the problem on how to determine the coverage radius of the water emergency supplies repertories by the speed of salvage vessels,the emergency response time and the natural conditions of the water current,such as the wind and the water flowing directions,for the water emergency supplies repertories and the allocation of emergency supplies that may directly affect the reaction speed of the emergency logistics system and the final results of the emergency rescue actions. It is just for the aforementioned purpose that it is necessary to predict in advance the actual demands for the emergency supplies is a triangular fuzzy number which is consistent with the actual situation. And,then,it is necessary to design a genetic algorithm to find the solution to the model. The results of our numerical simulation show that the location-allocation results are well enough to achieve the universal coverage of the water areas and multi-coverage of the key water units. Thus,as a matter of fact,we have managed to test the program for over 50 times,48 of which have gained the same results,which prove the high stability and the reliability of the calculation results,with the location-allocation model and the genetic algorithm being feasible. Though the location-allocation testing and examination remains in the primary stage,it can be said coming to the prevention phase of emergency management,and,therefore,it can be expected to make sure the efficient and timely rescue in case of the emergency need,which makes the research of this paper of great significance in theory and in practical application.
