摘要
利用数值模拟与试验相结合的方法研究壳体厚度非对称对聚能射流的影响。模拟和试验结果表明,由于壳体两侧厚度不对称,生成的射流偏离轴线且射流方向趋向于壳体较薄的一侧;装药两侧壳体的厚度差异越大,射流弯偏离轴线程度越大,出现断裂的时间也越早;在非对称壳体的条件下,射流呈现头部和尾部横向速度较小,中后部横向速度较大的现象。
The effect of asymmetrical thickness of shell to shaped charge jet was researched by using a combination of numerical simulation and experiment.Simulation and experimental results show that,jet off axis orientation and the jet direction tends to side with the thiner shell due to asymmetric shell.As the thickness difference of charge on both sides of the shell become larger,the deviation of the jet bending from the axis become larger and fracture time of the jet occurr earlier.Under the conditions of asymmetric shell,the lateral velocity of jet head and jet tail is smaller,the lateral velocity of the middle of jet and the rear of jet is larger.
