噻吩黄酮肉桂酸酯的合成

摘要 以肉桂酸和噻吩黄酮为原料,通过缩合剂法合成了噻吩黄酮肉桂酸酯,经过核磁共振氢谱、质谱确认了该目标化合物的化学结构。考察了反应时间、缩合剂种类对酯化产物收率的影响,优选出最佳合成工艺。最佳合成工艺:反应时间为6 h、采用DCC/DMAP为缩合剂。 Thiophene flavonoids cinnamic acid ester was synthesized from cinnamic acid and thiophene flavonoids by condensation agent method. Its chemical structure was confirmed by 1H NMR and MS spectroscopy. The results showed that the optimal synthetic conditions were as follows: reaction time 6 h,DCC / DMAP as condensation agent.
