摘要
应用刻蚀模型的微观可视化物理模拟技术,设计模拟实验,获得了不同水驱时刻的剩余油分布情况。利用图像处理技术对剩余油变化定量表征,研究了在注水停止前后剩余油分布的变化规律、影响因素、运移方式及受力情况。实验研究表明:停止注水后剩余油的分布状态与水驱停止瞬间不同;在停止注水时剩余油分布发生变化的原因是注入水的惯性力与毛管力、黏滞力、浮力共同作用下使剩余油主要以沿多孔介质边界、液滴漂浮、油水分段三种方式在多孔介质中运移;并且随着注水体积倍数的增加剩余油变化量呈现先增加后减小的趋势,随着原油黏度减小、润湿性亲油性增加和注水速度增大剩余油分布变化量逐渐增大。
The physical simulation based on micro etching model visualization technology,design simulation experiment,under different water drive moment the remaining oil distribution was obtained. Using image processing techniques for quantitative characterization of remaining oil changes,is studied in water injection to stop before and after the change rule and influence factors of remaining oil distribution,migration modes and stress distribution. Experimental studies show that stop the distribution of residual oil after water flooding status is different from water drive to stop instantly; when stop pouring change reason of remaining oil distribution in injection water under the action of inertial force to overcome the resistance of capillary pressure and viscous force and the remaining oil mainly along the edge of porous media,droplet floating,oil-water section three ways migration in porous media;and with the increase of water injection volume ratio of remaining oil variation showed a trend of decrease after the first increase,along with the crude oil viscosity decreased and water injection rate increases,wettability,hydrophilic remaining oil distribution variation increases gradually.
