摘要 综述不同εr微波介质陶瓷的种类,即M2Si O2(M=Mg,Zn)、Al2O3和AB2O4等低εr微波介质陶瓷,Ba O-Ti O2-Nb2O5、(Zr,Sn)Ti O4和MTiO3-Ln Al O3(M=Ba,Ca,Sr;Ln=La,Nd,Sm)等中εr微波介质陶瓷,Ba O-Ln2O3-Ti O2、Ca OLi2O-Ln2O3-Ti O2和铅基钙钛矿等高εr微波介质陶瓷。分别介绍微波介质陶瓷的晶体结构、介电性能及其不足与改进情况;概括微波介质陶瓷制备方法,即传统固相法和熔盐法2种固相法,共沉淀法、水热法和溶胶-凝胶法3种湿化学法,分别介绍其特点和发展状况。提出应进一步研究微波介电性能与晶体结构、缺陷、极化、化学键等机理的联系,应采用新的工艺改善材料结构和组成,以提高材料的微波介电性能。 The crystal structures,dielectric properties,deficiency and improvement of three main structure systems are summarized,including low εrmicrowave dielectric ceramics such as M2 Si O2(M = Mg,Zn),Al2O3 and AB2O4,medial εrmicrowave dielectric ceramics such as Ba O- Ti O2- Nb2O5,(Zr,Sn)Ti O4 and MTi O3- Ln Al O3(M = Ba,Ca,Sr,Ln = La,Nd,Sm),high εrmicrowave dielectric ceramics such as Ba O- Ln2O3- Ti O,Ca O- Li2O- Ln2O3- Ti O2 and lead-based perovskite. Furthermore,the characteristics and development of synthesis methods of powders including solid phase method and wet chemical method are introduced. Solid phase method contains conventional solid phase method and molten salt growth method,and wet chemical method contains coprecipitation method,hydrothermal method and sol-gel method. Finally,it is pointed out that that the relationship between microwave dielectric property and crystal structures,defect,polarization,chemical bond should be further studied and the microwave dielectric property should be improved by new technology through ameliorating material structure and components.
