基于DEA模型的福建省林业投入产出效率研究 被引量:6

摘要 首先针对研究区域的林业资源、造林面积、劳动力以及林业投资做简要概述,并运用DEA评价模型,对2004年-2013年间福建省林业投入产出效率进行测算和分析。测算结果表明:2004年-2013年间,福建省林业投入产出效率不高,多数年份处于DEA无效状态,处于规模报酬递减,表明福建省林业投入产出效率存在很大的提升空间;通过Malmquist生产率指数横向比较分析,福建省林业技术进步还有很大空间。结合林业发展的现实背景可以发现,林业投入不稳定、林业投入产出的结构不合理、林业科技投入不足是导致近些年林业投入产出效率较低的原因。 Firstly,this paper gives a brief overview of the research area of forestry resources,afforestation area,labor and forestry investment.The paper calculates and analyzes the forestry input-output efficiency of Fujian province from 2004 to 2013 with using of DEA evaluation model.The results show that:in 2004-2013,Fujian province forestry input-output efficiency is not high,the majority of the year in DEA invalid state,in the scale of diminishing returns,which shows that the Fujian province forestry input-output efficiency should be greatly improved.Through the Malmquist productivity index and analysis,there is still much room for the development of forestry technology of Fujian Province,.With the realistic background of forestry development,the forestry investment is not stable,the structure is not reasonable,the scientific and technological input of forestry is the reason for the low efficiency of forestry input-output efficiency in recent years.
