摘要
在对人力资本与经济增长关系进行理论分析的基础上,运用福建省1997—2014年的年度数据对其区域经济增长与人力资本水平进行实证分析。研究结果表明,福建省的人力资本水平对促进区域经济增长发挥的作用并不明显,区域经济增长对提高人力资本水平的作用也不明显。福建省要进一步提升人力资本水平,发挥其应有的作用,优化人力资本配置,深入实施人才优先发展战略,构建具有竞争优势的人才制度。
Based on the theoretical analysis of the relationship between human capital and economic growth,this paper aims to identify the relationship regional economic growth and human capital through an empirical study over the period 1997-2013 in fujian.The results indicate that the level of human capital in Fujian province is not obvious to promote regional economic growth,and that the role of regional economic growth in improving the level of human capital is not obvious.To further enhance the level of human capital,play its due role,optimize the allocation of human capital,in-depth implementation of the priority development strategy,build a competitive advantage of the talent system.
