城市创新能力指标体系及实证研究——以广州为例

The Index System of City Innovation Capability and Its Empirical Analysis——Taking Guangzhou as an example

通过构建城市创新能力指标体系,以2000-2013年广州统计数据为依据,运用非线性加权综合评价法对广州创新能力进行实证分析,并提出针对性建议。计算结果表明:广州创新能力呈现逐年上升趋势,尤其是创新产出增长迅速,创新投入和创新环境增长稳定。

By adopting the method of comprehensive evaluation of nonlinear weighted,this paper establishes the index system of city innovation capacity.We take Guangzhou as an example to study city innovation capacity according to data from 2000 to 2013,and put forward corresponding suggestions.The results show that innovation capacity of Guangzhou is rising year by year,especially the innovation output is increasing rapidly.However,innovation input and innovation environment are increasing stability.
