民间资本分阶段投资科技型中小企业的风险控制机理研究

Study on Risk Control Mechanism of Private Capital Staged Investing Technology Based SMEs

民间资本为解决科技型中小企业的融资问题提供了新的资金来源。降低民间资本投资科技型中小企业的风险可以更好地引导民间资本支持技术创新。提出分阶段投资机制可以有效降低民间资本投资科技型中小企业的风险,并采用博弈理论对此种机制运行机理进行了理论分析。在此基础上,提出了相应的建议。

Private capital provides new sources of funding for solving the Technology Based SMEs financing problems.Reducing the risk of private capital investment in Technology Based SMEs can better guide the private capital to support technological innovation.The staged investment mechanism proposed in the paper can effectively reduce the risk of private capital＇s investment in Technology Based SMEs,and the operation mechanism of such mechanisms was analyzed theoretically by adopting the game theory.On this basis,the corresponding suggestions were put forward.
