“三工联动”:社会治理视角下贫困农村居家养老服务模式研究——以某县为例

“Linkage of Social Workers,Nursing Workers and Volunteers”:On Old-age Home-based Service Patterns in Poor Rural Areas from Social Governance Perspective——Using X County as an Example

我国的老龄化趋势发展迅速,由此带来的农村养老问题引发关注。由于落后的经济实力、薄弱的基础设施、人力资源不足、传统养老观念束缚等问题,农村养老事业面临巨大挑战。在经济支持有限的背景下,充分利用社工、护工、义工资源,构建"三工联动"农村居家养老服务模式,在多元主体参与和发挥各方优势资源方面是对农村社会治理的良好尝试,有助于破解当前农村居家养老服务困局。

Aging trend has developed rapidly in China,so the rural supporting problems have aroused the attention of all. The rural supporting problems are facing great challenges because of the backward economic strength,weak infrastructure,lack of human resources and traditional concept. Under the background of limited economic support,making better use of social workers,nursing workers and volunteers to construct an old-age home-based service pattern,which is called ＂Linkage of Social Workers,Nursing Workers and Volunteers（ LSNV） ＂. It is a good try of rural social governance with multiple subject participation and taking good advantage of different kinds of resources. It helps to break the dilemma of home-based care for the aged at present.
