摘要
目的:探讨小陷胸汤对动脉粥样硬化模型大鼠的血脂、血液流变学及炎性标志物影响;方法:84只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为6组,正常对照组喂普通饲料,其余各组腹腔一次性60万IU/kg维生素D3注射液联合喂饲高脂饲料建立模型,小陷胸汤高、中、低剂量组分别灌以生药量为2.1、4.2及8.4 g/kg的小陷胸汤提取物溶液,洛伐他汀组灌以洛伐他汀2.5 mg/kg,各组按规定方案预防给药84 d后,测定血清血脂水平、血液流变学及及炎性标志物指标。结果:2.1、4.2及8.4 g/kg的小陷胸汤能显著降低大鼠动脉粥样硬化的发生率,明显降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、载脂蛋白B100、氧化低密度脂蛋白、白介素-6、白介素-8、血管细胞黏附分子-1、细胞间黏附分子-1及C-反应蛋白水平,升高载脂蛋白AⅠ和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量;显著降低血液粘度,维持红细胞变形性。结论:小陷胸汤能有效改善动脉粥样硬化大鼠脂代谢紊乱,逆转血液流变学指标异常,抑制炎性介质的产生。
Objective: To explore the effects of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction on blood lipid,hemorheology and inflammation markers in atherosclerotic rats. Methods: 84 Wistar male rats were randomly divided into 6 groups. The normal control group was fed with normal diet. The other groups were established model by intraperitoneal injection of 600000 IU / kg vitamin D3 combined with high fat diet. The high,medium and low dose groups of Xiaoxianxiong Decoction were given its extract solution on crude drugs dose of 2. 1,4. 2 and 8. 4 g / kg by gavage. Lovastatin group filled with 2. 5 mg / kg of lovastatin. Administration date was 84 days,then serum lipid,hemorrheologic indexes and inflammation markers were measured. Results: The atherosclerotic occurrence rate of rats and levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,ox-LDL,apo B100,IL-6,IL-8,VCAM-1 ICAM-1 and CRP were decreased significantly( P 0. 05) by Xiaoxianxiong Decoction crude drugs dose of 2. 1,4. 2 and 8. 4 g / kg.Those of HDL-C and apo AⅠ were significantly increased( P 0. 05). Blood viscosity was significantly decreased( P 0. 05). The deformation of red blood cells is maintained. Conclusion: Xiaoxianxiong Decoction can prevent metabolism disorders,reverse the abnormal hemorheology and restrain inflammation markers of atherosclerotic rats.
