摘要
目的:观察滨蒿总黄酮对流感病毒感染小鼠的保护作用并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:采用流感病毒鼠肺适应株A/PR/8/34(H1N1)滴鼻感染小鼠造成肺炎模型,观察滨蒿总黄酮对流感病毒PR8株感染小鼠的死亡率、死亡保护率、平均存活天数、生命延长率及血清中炎性细胞因子干扰素γ(IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)的影响。结果:滨蒿总黄酮0.40g/kg可以明显降低流感病毒感染小鼠的死亡率,0.20、0.40g/kg可以明显延长流感病毒感染小鼠的平均存活天数;滨蒿总黄酮0.10、0.20、0.40g/kg可以显著降低流感病毒感染小鼠血清中IFN-γ、IL-6的含量,滨蒿总黄酮0.20、0.40g/kg可以显著降低小鼠血清中IL-8的含量。结论:滨蒿总黄酮对流感病毒PR8株感染小鼠具有一定的保护作用,其作用机制可能与抑制IFN-γ、IL-6和IL-8的分泌有关。
Objective: To investigate the protection effect of total flavone of Artemisia scoparia against the influenza virus and to explore its underlying mechanism. Methods: The pneumonic model of mice was established by influenza virus A / PR /8 /34( H1N1) with nasal drops. The death rate,protection rate of death,survival time,life extension rate and inflammatory cytokine IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-8 in blood serum of mice infected with influenza virus PR8 were observed. Results: Total flavone of Artemisia scoparia 0. 40 g / kg significantly decreased the death rate( P 0. 05) and 0. 20,0. 40 g / kg significantly prolonged life span( P 0. 01),while 0. 10,0. 20 and 0. 40 g / kg significantly reduced the content of IFN-γ and IL-6 and 0. 20( P 0. 01),0. 40 g / kg reduced the content of IL-8( P 0. 01). Conclusion: Total flavone of Artemisia scoparia has the certain protection effect on mice infected with influenza virus PR8. Its mechanism may be related to the suppressing of the content of IFN-γ,IL-6 and IL-8.
