复方丹参滴丸不良反应分析

Analysis of adverse reactions to Compound Danshen Dripping Pills

目的：分析复方丹参滴丸不良反应发生特点和一般规律,以指导临床合理用药。方法：检索2009年~2015年有关复方丹参滴丸不良反应的报道,分为单用复方丹参滴丸和复方丹参滴丸联合应用西药两组,分别进行统计分析。结果：单用复方丹参滴丸发生不良反应122例（占5.82%）;复方丹参滴丸联合应用西药发生不良反应163例（占7.17%）。其不良反应表现复杂多样,主要为胃肠道反应、头痛和出血等。大部分不良反应为病人可耐受的轻微损伤,出血等少部分不良反应需要停药对症处理。结论：复方丹参滴丸不良反应较为常见,临床应用时应重视复方丹参滴丸的不良反应,坚持合理用药。

Objective： To analysis the general pattern and characteristics of adverse reactions to compound Danshen dripping pills to guide rational drug use. Methods： Adverse reactions to compound Danshen dripping pills,reported during 2009 to 2015,were divided into two groups and analyzed. Results： The adverse reactions occurred in 108 cases（ 6. 08%） in patients used compound Danshen dripping pills and in 161 cases（ 7. 25%） in patients used it combined western medicine. The symptoms of adverse reactions were complex,and mainly exhibited gastrointestinal tract reaction,headache and bleeding. Most of the adverse reactions were mild symptoms and some adverse reactions,such as bleeding,require drug withdrawal and symptomatic treatment. Conclusion： Adverse reactions to Compound Danshen dripping pills are common. More attention should be paid on adverse reactions to compound Danshen dripping pills when used and the rational use of drugs should be adhered.
