MIIT issued the notice about 2016 the first batch of rare each production control quotas recently.According to the notice.overall rare each mineral production quantity is controlled at 52,500 tons and smelting&separation products at 45,000 tons,among which,production control quotas of the six rare each groups are52,440 tons of mineral products and 44,805 tons of smelting&separation products.The notice pointed out that rare each is a product that should strictly follow total volumn
