摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)联用技术检测水中三价铬Cr(Ⅲ)和六价铬Cr(Ⅵ)的分析方法。方法样品以缓冲溶液(75 m M HNO3和0.6 m M EDTA的水溶液,氨水调p H=7)配制,75 m M HNO_3(氨水调p H=7)为流动相分离两种价态的铬。结果 Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的方法检出限均为0.5 ng/m L,线性范围均为1.5~100 ng/m L,加标回收率和精密度均满足分析要求。结论建立的HPLC-ICP-MS检测水中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的方法,检出限为0.5 ng/m L,方法简单准确,适用于水中Cr(Ⅲ)和Cr(Ⅵ)的检测,并为建立生物样本如血液和尿液中Cr(Ⅲ)与Cr(Ⅵ)的检测方法建立基础。
Objective To establish a high performance liquid chromatography-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry method for the determination of Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) in water. Method Samples were prepared with buffer solution containing75 m M HNO_3 and 0.6 m M EDTA(p H=7). The mobile phase was 75 m M HNO_3(p H=7). Results The detection limits of Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr( Ⅵ) were 0.5 ng/m L, and the linear ranges were 1.5 ~100 ng/m L. Conclusion The method was proved to be accurate and reliable for the determination of Cr(Ⅲ) and Cr(Ⅵ) in water.
