基于SESAM的被动锁模掺Yb^(3+)激光器 被引量:1

摘要 本文基于SESAM实现了全光纤掺Yb^(3+)线型锁模激光器。采用976nm半导体泵源,高掺杂浓度的掺Yb^(3+)光纤作为增益介质,以SESAM作为一端的反射镜。最终获得了稳定皮秒脉冲序列的输出,中心波长为1050.54nm,平均功率12mw,基频重复频率为4.2MHz,脉宽约为1.4ps。该锁模光纤激光器采用全保偏结构,可以完全自启动,可以长时间稳定工作,有望成为高功率超短脉冲激光器的种子源。
