摘要 本文针对触摸面板提出一种触控按键检测和LED驱动复用的IO设计方法,将按键检测模块张弛振荡器和LED驱动集成,通过数字与模拟IO的分时复用,实现了按键的精确检测和LED的驱动。本设计基于上华CSMC 0.5μm CMOS工艺,用Cadence做Spectre仿真验证得到该IO的驱动电流达到100m A以上,足够驱动一位8段数码管;因为复用,有效地利用了IO间的空间,优化了37.5%的版图面积。 A design of IO Multiplexing with touch button detection and LED driver for the touch panel chips was presented in this paper. By using the key detection module and the LED driver in different times, the IO was precise to realize the detection of keys and drive LED at eight stage brightness. Based on CSMC 0.5 um process, the simulation showed that the drive current of this design can be up to 100 m A, which was enough to drive a 8-bit digital tube. For the Multiplexing design, the layout of chip can be at least cut down by 37.5%.
