摘要
本文对中欧金融合作的过程、动因、路径以及前景进行了分析,认为欧盟国家加入亚洲基础设施投资银行和中国加入欧洲复兴开发银行,不仅意味着中欧金融合作经过多年努力达到了一个全新的水平,而且也标志着中欧关系开始走向新的阶段:双方通过不断加强的资本纽带,正从传统的贸易伙伴逐步转变为全球合伙人。本文认为金融合作对于"锁定"中欧全面战略伙伴关系,避免欧洲走向封闭的"大西方",具有重要的意义。
This paper mainly analyzes the process,motivations and prospect of China-EU financial cooperation and comes to the conclusion that the EU member states' entry into AIIB and China's joining EBRD signifies that not only China- EU financial cooperation has reached a new level,but that the comprehensive bilateral relations have entered a new stage. By strengthening the capital ties between China and the EU,they are turning from trade partners to global investment partners. This paper argues that China-EU financial cooperation will be of great importance in'locking in'China-EU Strategic Partnership and prevent the EU from building a closed and exclusive bloc of an 'enlarged West'.
