扶正祛湿法治疗复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病的理论研究

Theoretical Study of Applying Strengthening Healthy Energy and Eliminating Dampness Method in the Treatment of Recurrent Vulvovaginal Candidiasis

目前西医治疗复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病,困境与前景并存。本文分析总结中医对本病认识的病因病机与治则,并结合西医对该病的认识与已有研究,探讨以扶正祛湿法为主的中医疗法作用机理,以期对治疗思路提供新的启示。

There are not only dilemma but also prospect in treating recurrent vulvovaginal candidiasis（ RVVC） by western medicine until now. This article analyses the etiology,pathogenesis and rules of treatment in traditional Chinese medicine and discusses the mechanism of strengthening healthy energy and eliminating dampness as the main rule of TCM therapy,in order to give new enlightenment to treatment methods.
