活血散瘀汤联合火疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛疗效观察

Curative Observation of Using Huoxue Sanyu Decoction Combined with Fire Therapy in the Treatment of Post Herpetic Neuralgia

目的:观察活血散瘀汤联合火疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效。方法:带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者80例按照随机分组法分为观察组40例与对照组40例。观察组采用活血散瘀汤联合火疗法治疗,对照组采用常规疗法治疗。两组均以10天为1疗程,连续治疗2个疗程后观察两组患者疗效,治疗前后VAS评分变化、血清IL-2和IL-6水平变化及不良反应情况。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组VAS评分治疗后显著减少(P<0.05);观察组VAS评分治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05);两组血清IL-2治疗后明显上升(P<0.05),IL-6水平治疗后明显下降(P<0.05);观察组血清IL-2治疗后高于对照组(P<0.05),而IL-6水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均未见严重药物不良反应。结论:活血散瘀汤联合火疗法治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的疗效显著,值得进一步研究。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of Huoxue Sanyu Decoction combined with fire therapy in treatment of post herpetic neuralgia. Methods： 80 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were randomly divided into observation group of 40 cases and controlled group of 40 cases. The observation group was treated with Huoxue Sanyu Decoction combined with fire therapy,and the controlled group was treated by routine therapy. The two groups were treated with 10 days for 1course,two groups of patients were observed after 2courses of treatment,the changes of VAS score,serum IL- 2and IL- 6levels,adverse reactions were observed before and after treatment. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）; the VAS score of the two groups was significantly decreased（ P〈0. 05）; the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）; the two groups of serum IL- 2after treatment significantly increased（ P〈0. 05）,IL- 6level after treatment decreased significantly（ P〈0. 05）; the serum IL- 2in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）,and the level of IL- 6was lower than that in the controlled group（ P〈0. 05）; no serious adverse drug reactions were found in the two groups. Conclusion： The curative effect of Huoxue Sanyu Decoction combined with fire therapy in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is obvious,worthy of further study.
