香连金黄软膏新制备工艺研究

Study on the New Preparation Technology of Xianglian Jinhuang Ointment

目的:优选香连金黄软膏的提取工艺和成型工艺。方法:采用单因素多水平试验优选挥发油提取和成型工艺条件;采用正交试验优选醇提和水提工艺条件。结果:挥发油提取工艺为姜黄粉碎至10目,加8倍量水提取5小时;醇提工艺为加8倍量70%乙醇回流提取3次,每次60分钟;水提工艺为加10倍量水提取2次,每次60分钟;成型工艺为水相和油相分别加热至90±2℃,将油相缓缓加到水相中,按同一方向搅拌至冷凝。结论:优选得到的新制备工艺合理、稳定、可行。

Objective： The purpose of this study was to optimize the extraction and molding process of Xianglian Jinhuang Ointment. Methods： By using single factor and multiple level test to optimize the extraction and forming conditions of volatile oil;optimizing the alcohol extraction and water extraction process conditions by orthogonal test. Results： The volatile oil extraction process was crushed Curcuma longa L. to 10 mesh,extracted 5hours with 8times amount of water; alcohol extracted 3times with8 times amount of 70% alcohol and for 60 minutes per time; and the water extraction process was extracted 2times with 10 times amount of water and for 60 minutes per time; in molding process water and oil phase were heated up to 90 ± 2℃,then the oil phase was slowly added to the water and stirred in the same direction to condense. Conclusion： The optimum new extraction condition is stable and feasible.
